What is the patient portal?

A patient portal is a secure online website that gives patients convenient 24-hour access to personal health information from anywhere with an internet connection. Using a secure username and password, you can view health information such as lab results, medication lists and recent visits. You can also communicate with the practice to request prescription refills, schedule non-urgent appointments, update contact information, download forms and view educational materials. You can access our portal on our web site at rgoa.com. If you do not have a portal account, you may set up a username and password, or call our office at 585-461-5940 to receive assistance with portal setup.

What is the difference between RGOA's portal and MyChart?

RGOA's secure portal allows you to access your information from our practice and to communicate with our practice. MyChart is URMC's patient portal, which reflects services provided at URMC. Occasionally, information such as lab results ordered by RGOA providers from URMC's lab may appear in both portals.

How do I schedule an appointment?

Office visits are by appointment only. Both routine and urgent appointments can be scheduled by phone by calling the office where you wish to be seen; all office phone numbers are listed on our web site. In addition, you can request non-urgent appointments on our patient portal by clicking on Appointment Request. On the portal, you can indicate the type of appointment and dates and times that may work for you. Our office will schedule your appointment and contact you through the portal to confirm your appointment date and time.

Are you accepting new patients?
