Dr. Gandell is now offering an innovative therapy for vulvovaginal atrophy, atrophic vaginitis or painful sex after menopause. The MonaLisa Touch Laser treatment uses a fractionated laser that regenerates the vaginal wall without hormones, giving long-term results with no risk, side-effects, or pain. In the vagina, this treatment stimulates the tissues to regenerate, thicken, re-vascularize, and secrete glycogen, with restoration of normal lubrication and reversal of menopausal changes that have occurred. This is a fantastic option for women who cannot or should not use estrogen (for example, women with a history of breast or uterine cancer) or for women for whom estrogen has not worked for in the past for these problems.  Learn more and view our satisfied patient testimonials at: www.rochestermonalisa.com or www.smilemonalisa.com
